Who we are

SoFlo Marine Construction is a First Class Contractors company.

What we collect

When you send a request we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email, city or zip code, the service you need, waterfront length, budget, timeline and project details. We also record the page you sent it from, how you reached the site (such as campaign tags and the referring site), the time, and whether you ticked the consent box together with the exact consent wording shown to you.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, quote and arrange your project, and to have it carried out by the licensed marine contractor who will do the work in your area. We also use it to run and improve this site, to prevent spam and abuse, and to keep records of consent.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the local marine contractor who will carry out your project. We use service providers to host the site, store requests, send email and measure site use (Google Analytics), and Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. We do not sell your information.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box, SoFlo Marine Construction and the local provider handling your request may call and text you about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not required to purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded, and you will hear a notice first.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time through the contact page.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change.
